Has been flyballing since 2004. Started with Megan, a red collie that has since retired from flyball at the age of 13.  GSD Robbie came along, who has retired at the age of 8, but still helps young or inexperienced dogs in training, and sometimes is in starters.  At the moment white Border Collie Rikki is competing in flyball and is going for his Gold award for 15,000 points, and Kelpie Collie cross Oliver, who is chasing his 3,000 points.

Andy has always supported flyball in the Wood household, and when Furry Tales flyball team began, he was there giving even more support.  He will sometimes race Rikki or Oliver at tournaments, but mainly he takes photographs of all he sees.  Andy is also is into high performance kites and remote control cars.
